Our condo is an 1800 square foot, two master bedrooms, master bathrooms, including all the comforts of home. There is a large living area and fully equipped kitchen with full size stove, microwave, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, toaster, all pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses. The unit also includes washer/dryer, air conditioning in each room, Fiber Optic Wifi (we have just added this), are included.

Our unit has an amazing and wonderful view of the Pacific Ocean, with a 5 minute walk to the beach. The sound of the surf is constant and the ocean breezes keep you cool.

There are miles of great beach walking, crossing the 'estero' (estuary) of the Rio Cuaquinijil, fabulous bird watching if you are a birder, and quiet solitary enjoyment.

The town of San Juanillo has a grocery store that carries most of your needs. There are large grocery stores in Santa Cruz (50 Kilometers), Tamarindo (40 kilometers) and Nosara (30 Kilometers). With our full kitchen facilities you will want to stay in and cook your own fabulous meals.

There are two great pools to enjoy, this is the Upper Pool, great to relax in the sun and enjoy a cool swim, great for sunbathing, cooling off in the afternoon, reading your book and relaxing.

This is the view of the lower pool from our balcony. This is our favorite pool as it has some shade in the afternoon, but you can also move you chair into the sun for the sun worshippers in your group.
